Soft Wash vs. Pressure Wash
Blasting a roof or stucco wall with high pressure can strip granules, force water behind siding, and void shingle warranties. That's why we don't use one method for everything.
Hard surfaces get pressure. Delicate surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash that kills the growth instead of just knocking it back, so it stays clean longer.
